We specialise in bicycle frame repairing
From road, to cyclocross, to mountain bikes.
Our experts take into account the grade of carbon, the resin, the shape, size and orientation of the carbon fibre ply, and where it’s located in the mold. That’s how frames are optimised for extreme lightness or rigidity, or both, providing a stiff bike which is comoftable to ride.
We repair broken frames & parts; From Breaks, cracks, chips to deep scratches. Including services such as; re-bonding of bottom bracket shells, Di2 conversions, restoring seat tubes that have been cut to short, drop out – hanger moulds, re-rivert bottle cage bosses, and mtb down tube protectors etc.
We can offer – a full bike service.

After we gather all the facts. We confirm a quote and decide the best process:- Pre-preg or wet-lay.
The Production
After curing we inspect the component. Smooth down the area for painting or lacquer finish. Contact the customer for collection.
